This policy details our delivery and shipping procedures. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment from our warehouse on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays).
* Standard Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within [1-2] working days.
* Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM on a working day will be processed on the next working day.
* High Demand Periods: During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), processing times may be extended. We will communicate any expected delays prominently on our website.
2. UK Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
We currently offer one standard shipping service for all UK addresses (including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and Islands).

* Delivery Times are Estimates: While we always aim to deliver within the estimated window, these times are not guaranteed. They represent the typical transit time once the order has left our facility.
* Total Time: The total time to receive your order is Processing Time + Estimated Delivery Time.
* Delivery Deadline: In any event, we will deliver the goods to you within 30 days of the day after your order is placed, unless we have agreed a longer delivery period with you.
3. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
* Dispatch Confirmation: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
* Tracking: This email will contain your tracking number and a link to the courier’s website, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
* Carrier: We use reliable carriers such as Royal Mail & Evri for our standard deliveries.
4. Shipping Restrictions
* Delivery Locations: We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
* PO Boxes: We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
5. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Items
* Risk of Loss: The goods are your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you gave us. We are responsible for the items until they are successfully delivered.
* Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please take photographs of the package and the contents and contact us immediately within 48 hoursof receiving the delivery.
* Lost in Transit: If a package is confirmed lost by our courier, we will process a replacement order or issue a full refund at your request. We cannot investigate a missing parcel until 10 days after the expected delivery date have passed.
